Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use StreamBoozt. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that company.

You must be at least 16 years old to use StreamBoozt. You are responsible for complying with Kick, Twitch, and any other platform rules that apply to your channels.

The Service

StreamBoozt provides tools to help grow live channels, including viewers, followers, chatters, and related campaign features described on the site. Features may change, pause, or be limited as platforms and our infrastructure change.

• Dashboard: Campaign setup, status, and history for your account.
• Delivery: We use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the order you purchased, subject to platform availability and these Terms.
• No guarantee of ranking: We do not promise search ranking, featured placement, or any specific business outcome.

Accounts

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Security: You are responsible for your password and for activity under your account.
• One account: Do not share login credentials or create accounts to evade limits, bans, or these Terms.
• Notify us: Email hello@streamboozt.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Orders and Payments

Paid features require a valid payment method. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future orders.

• Charge: Payment is due when you place an order unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Failed delivery: If a campaign cannot start because the channel is invalid or not live when required, we may cancel or delay the order and follow our refund policy.
• Processors: Payments are handled by third-party processors. Their terms also apply to the payment step.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use StreamBoozt for fraud, harassment, or any illegal purpose
• Attack, scrape, or overload our systems or those of Kick, Twitch, or other third parties beyond normal use of the product
• Impersonate StreamBoozt or misrepresent your affiliation
• Resell the service except as we expressly allow (for example an affiliate or enterprise agreement)
• Interfere with other customers’ campaigns or accounts

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. In general, unused or undeliverable orders may be reviewed case by case. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in account suspension.

Intellectual Property

StreamBoozt, the site, dashboard, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own channels while your account is in good standing.

You retain rights to your channel names and content. You grant us a license to use the channel information you submit solely to operate and deliver the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Public viewer counts, follower counts, and similar stats are controlled by third-party platforms and may lag, reset, or differ from what the dashboard shows.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamBoozt and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using StreamBoozt at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that should survive (including payments owed, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes we may also email the address on your account.
